  • Decision Support for Loblolly Pine Carbon Management: From Research to Operations. NASA. To evaluate, verify and validate, and benchmark solutions that integrate Earth science observations and predictions resulting from NASA research into existing forest management decision support tools.
  • Applications of Remote Sensing to Forest Assessment and Inventory. R. H. Wynne. McIntire-Stennis. To provide methods that will eventually enable accurate, objective and routine use of remotely-sensed data for forest assessment and inventory.
