Career and Academic Interests

I am interested in effects of land use change, climate change, and atmospheric deposition, and how they alter biogeochemical and ecological processes in terrestrial and aquatic systems. I combine direct in situ measurements with computer simulation modeling to better understand ecosystem function and to develop predictive models.
